Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA,) with the support of UNEP, has organized a two days workshop to train trainers on Nagoya Protocol, from 4th to 5th April 2016 in Kigali. The training was done in the framework of the project titled "Ratification and Implementation of the Nagoya Protocol for the member countries of the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC)"
The trainees came from government institutions, local and international NGOs.
