Rwanda Environment Management Authority (REMA,) with the support of UNEP, has organized and conducted a two days workshop to train trainers on Nagoya Protocol, from 4th to 5th April 2016 in Kigali. The training was conducted in the framework of the project titled "Ratification and Implementation of the Nagoya Protocol for the member countries of  the Central African Forests Commission (COMIFAC)"

Trainees included participants from government institutions, local and international NGOs.
